Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site execution, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of hardware testing activities. The role focuses on coordinating engineering, logistics, and field teams, managing on-site partners, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, proactively resolving issues, and providing accurate reporting on progress, costs, and site performance.

Responsibilities

• Operational control: Runs day-to-day activities at the site. Allocates tasks, tracks progress, kills bottlenecks fast
• Technical oversight: Ensures installation, integration, testing, or construction follows technical specs, standards, and vendor guidelines
• Quality assurance: Implements QC/QA processes, accepts or rejects work, and keeps documentation clean
• Safety leadership: Enforces safety rules and compliance
• Resource orchestration: Manages subcontractors, internal teams, equipment, materials, and site access
• Risk management: Identifies issues early, escalates only what truly needs escalation, and contains the rest locally
• Stakeholder interface: Acts as the single point of contact for customers, vendors, inspectors, and internal management
• Reporting: Provides daily/weekly status, cost tracking, variations, incidents, and progress metrics

Your profile

• Knowledge of telecom hardware benchmarking tools (e.g., R&S, Keysight, TEMS, Nemo).
• Understanding of network technologies (4G, 5G, RF principles, IoT, satellite).
• Experience in hardware deployment & troubleshooting (power systems, sensors, calibration).
• Familiarity with data collection and processing platforms (SQL, Python, MATLAB, Power BI).
• Basic network and server administration (Linux, Windows, remote monitoring systems).
• Ability to manage on-site staff, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Capability to address unexpected challenges during deployment and data collection, making sound decisions under pressure.
• Proven skills in optimizing workflows, allocating resources efficiently, and minimizing operational downtime.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and present site performance data and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to work under field constraints and changing conditions while maintaining performance and reliability.
